Our island home is only steps to the beach via a boardwalk. Watch sunsets or just relax on the 
screened-in lanai or upper deck. This beautifully furnished home has two bedrooms and a loft with 
one and a half baths. The house contains a complete laundry room and is a smoke-free rental. House 
can accommodate up to a maximum of six individuals. A satellite TV and VCR is provided. Everything 
you could possibly need is in the house.

Garbage Collection
We now offer garbage collection for all of our homes on the island. 
This service is already included in your weekly rental rates and 
will allow you to spend more time enjoying your vacation and the island.

Baggage Assistance
We will assist you with your baggage and help get you settled into 
your island home; both at check in and check out, if needed. We want 
to make your stay with us as easy and care free as possible.

On-Site Massage Therapy
A licensed massage therapist will come to the island to give you a 
professional massage and to reduce any of your stress that you may 
have taken to the island with you. You may choose the location for 
your massage either on the beach, beach house deck or in the privacy 
of your island retreat.  

Internet Service / High Speed Access
We are now offering high speed internet access at some of our 
properties through a satellite connection for those wishing to 
remain connected during their visit. Access is through a network cable that 
plugs into your favorite laptop or other computer that you choose to 
bring with you. For our properties that do not have high speed 
internet we can provide dial-up access to the internet through one 
of our local service providers.

making your vacation even better. We work hard to maintain our list

Seven miles of pristine beaches provide outstanding shelling, 
relaxing walks, canoeing and kayaking. Hours on the beach are filled 
with discoveries and surprises--watching the dolphins play, 
sandpipers scurry or seeing ospreys and eagles fish for their 
dinner. 

Swim, snorkel or sail in the waters that surround the island or take 
in one of the island's scenic or nature tours. For the fishing 
enthusiast, Charlotte Harbor and world famous Boca Grande lies at 
your doorstep. The harbor offers miles of backcountry and flats 
fishing for snook, trout, redfish, permit and more. Our area is 
known as the tarpon capital of the world and there are a number of 
excellent fishing guides in the area.  Whether you begin your day 
watching morning's sunrise color the harbor waters or end it 
swimming, with the sun slowly sinking below the horizon, each island 
day will be special, creating everlasting memories.
