We invite you to be our guests at our spectacular Sanibel Island condo.  Pointe Santo has 
beautifully kept grounds comprising 10 Gulf front acres surrounding a lagoon rich with 
birds, fish and turtles.  You can watch the sun set over the Gulf while sipping drinks on the 
lanai.  Enjoy tennis, beach volleyball, shuffleboard, heated pool and hot tub and the most 
beautiful shelling beach in the world.
Our ground floor, two bedroom, two bath condo has a wonderful new, fully equipped 
kitchen and gorgeous new baths. This spacious, corner unit condo will make you 
completely comfortable as you relax and explore the delights of Sanibel and the fabulous 
beaches.  You can walk right out the lanai and be at the Gulf of Mexico in a one minute 
walk.  
The condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom and the guest bedroom has both a 
queen and a twin bed.  Combined with a sleeper sofa, six can sleep comfortably.  Our 
condo will become your home away from home in beautiful Sanibel Island. 

Sanibel is famous for it's world class shelling beaches, just steps outside our door.  Enjoy 
the pool and hot tub, the free tennis courts with complimentary loaner racquets and balls, 
beach volleyball,  and shuffleboard.  Pointe Santo has a wonderful location, a short 
distance to a large grocery store, shops and restaurants.  We are located across the street 
from the bike path which winds all across Sanibel.  There are new stainless steel barbeque 
grills located steps from out back door making grilling easy and convenient.  Take a walk 
around the lagoon and see the abundance of wildlife.  Pointe Santo also has the wireless 
web both inside the condo and at the pool and clubhouse.  The condo has it's own, new, 
full size washer and dryer to make you life easier. There is also an onsite activities proram 
and activities director to keep the children busy and happy.

Sanibel is famous for shelling.  It has a wonderful Shell Museum.  The bike path winds all 
across the island and bikes can be rented nearby, beginning at $35 per week.  The Ding 
Darling Wildlife Refuge is a treasure to be explored and enjoyed.  Bird watching is another 
popular Sanibel passtime.  There is an abundance of excellent restaurants in all price 
ranges.  The shops are delightful.  The best thing to do is nothing!
