Tampa Bay.  It has a boat lift and two docks, (public boat ramp

A screened lanai and family room with a wet bar (unstocked)face the 
river, and a fire place graces the living and dining room.  The 
three bedrooms include a master bedroom/ bath with a jacuzzi tub.

Amenities include a big screen t.v.,  and DVD player, High Speed 
internet and free local calls.

Towels and linens, washer and dryer available.

Fishing, swimming, sunbathing, boating, walking, shopping and so 
much more.

We are located just a minute from I-75, 10 min from the mall and 
movie theatres  in Brandon, 15 minutes from The Hard Rock Cafe 
Casino, 25 minutes from Busch Gardens and one 
hour from Orlando.  A Super Walmart is minutes away, as are several 
restaurants including Ruby Tuesdays and Beef O'Bradys. Downtown 
Tampa/ Channelside are 20 minutes by boat or by car!   It is loaded 
with restaurants, shops, and The Florida Aquarium.  Historical Ybor 
City 15 minutes away...And don't forget about the top rated beaches 
from Clearwater, St. Petersburg down to Sanibel Island (30 -45 
minutes away)

If you like fishing, Tampa Bay provides great flats fishing or you 
can venture offshore for some great Grouper fishing with local 
guides.

Refundable Security/Damage deposit $300.00 per stay
Cleaning fee $70.00

Personal checks, money orders, and bank checks accepted.

Arrival time 4:00 p.m.  Departure 10:00 a.m.
  Half of rent is due at the time of reservation and is non-
refundable.  The remaining rent due, cleaning fee and 
damage/security deposit are due two weeks before your stay.  The 
damage/security deposit is returned 14 days after your stay.  If 
reservation is cancelled 30 days in advance, then any deposits are 
transferable to a later date.

Shorter stays are available if booked with-in the month.
