Stay for two nights or a two years in our spacious two bedroom villa 
with a fully equipped kitchen and private lanai. It can accommodate 
up to 7 people. There  is a queen and a twin bed in the master 
suite, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the 
living room. Villa is air conditioned, has a Hi Speed Internet 
connection, and is equipped with washer and dryer.

Condo is a part of Shorewalk Vacation Villas complex with a 
community association that has a security guard. Shorewalk is thirty 
acres of tree lined streets, lighted sidewalks, six lakes, two 
swimming pools, two tennis courts, basketball court and children’s 
playground.

Our clubhouse has BBQ grills, a snack bar, (multiple language) library, ping pong and 
billiard tables, and video games for the whole family to enjoy.
Master Bedroom has its own walk-in closet and bath with a shower,

Surrounded by many area golf courses, it's easy to pick up a round 
of golf.

Relax in one of two hot tubs watching your children enjoying pool 
games or hitting some balls on the adjoining tennis courts!

Ave W - condo at is 47th Ave W and Cortez Rd). At IMG, you 
can shave points off your golf score (David Leadbetter), improve 
your tennis stroke (with Nick Bollettieri), enhance your soccer 
(football) game, improve your basketball or baseball game and 
generally tune up your sports performance and mental conditioning. 
This is the place where Andre, Serena, Maria and many many more have 
trained.
