This vacation home is in a quiet residential neighborhood so please 
treat it with respect as you would your own home :)

PAYMENT POLICIES:  To secure dates, a 50% deposit is due upon 
booking.  Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival, with credit 
card, cashier's check or personal check.  

The Security deposit will be returned within 30 days of departure.  
Liability for damages is not limited to the amount of the deposit.
