entertainment,  unique shops, and eateries. The home is
located on a lake (bird lovers paradise).  Wood floors, like new 
interior, screened lanai and Florida room.  Two new queen beds 
(linens supplied for bedrooms and bathrooms).

Full kitchen-stove, oven, microwave, fridge w/ice dispenser, 
dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, utinsels, pots and pans. Iron 
w/board, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, covered parking, 
washer and dryer, cable, VCR, DVD. grill.

30 different clubs w/open membership (eg. gardening, singing, 
cards (euchere, poker, texas hold-em, pinocle),etc.
Shuffle board, Bocce Ball, tennis, dances, bingo, swimming in heated pools, 
hot tub, workout facilities, putting green.

Cleaning twice a month is included.  Also included are utilities and local phone service. 
Security deposit of $500 is required.  Rental payment is due in advance upon arrival.
