at 328 Bayshore Drive - the most desireable address in all of Venice 
Florida! In fact, from our back yard you can sip a cup of coffee and 
watch boats sail along the gorgeous Roberts Bay. 

For families or groups traveling together, we also manage Laguna

This wonderful home is only a 2 blocks walk to the charming town of 
Venice filled with coffee shops, wine bars, art stores, antique 
shops and fine restaurants. And, our house is also only a 6 block 
walk along the tree lined Venice Avenue to the beach. Plus, we've 
just added high speed Internet for guests who bring their laptop. 

Our Bayshore estate home is located on the island of Venice Beach 
Florida and surrounded by gardens and fruit trees. It is a beautiful 
Florida vacation rental house and has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 10) and a 
sleeper bed (sleeps 2). Plus, it has a living room with a ceramic 
tiled fireplace and beautiful terrazzo tile floors, a dining room, 
and a wonderful outdoor deck area to enjoy breakfast and drinks. 
Also, it features central air conditioning and has a washer dryer 
plus a gorgeous back yard filled with trees, flowers and a private 
pool and screened in lanai and patio area. 

The master bedroom has a king sized bed (sleeps 2) and nice new 
furniture including dressers. The second large bedroom has a queen 
bed (sleeps 2) and its own private outdoor patio area where you can 
relax and read. Our third bedroom has 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) that 
are also brand new. Our 4th bedroom is a "mother's in law" suite 
with a private entrance and two queen beds (sleeps 4). We also have 
a queen sofa bed that sleeps 2. 

Plus, our home is fully loaded with brand new living room furniture 
with a very nice couch, cable TV, kitchen appliances (including 
dishwasher and disposal) and an outdoor deck with comfy furniture 
including a couch and lounge chairs. We also have a washer and dryer 
and central air conditioning. Plus, we even have electric heat for 
the rare nights in winter when the temperature declines. 

Our Venice Florida rental beach house is also a short 2 block walk 
to downtown and a few minutes walk to the beaches. It is also only a 
25 minute walk on the beach or quick drive to the Venice Pier and 
Sharkys where you can enjoy live music at night and watch the 
sunset. And, it is a long walk or short drive to the famous Venice 
Dog Beach - Brohard Paw Park 

Our Venice Florida beach vacation villa is located at 328 Bayshore

Amenities: Color TV sets, DVD, CD, phone, full kitchen including; 
dishes/utensils/cookware/ microwave/toaster/coffeemaker, washer & 
dryer, linens/towels/beach towels, new central heat/air and windows, 
ceiling fans and fireplace.  Bedrooms are furnished with one king, 
two twin beds, two queens and another queen bed.  Two queen sofa 
beds.  Sleeps 14. Three fully furnished bathroom with shower and 
bath tub.

Activities nearby include beach, swimming, boat and jet ski rental, 
para sailing, and fishing from the jetty.  Other close activities 
include baseball, bowling, golf, putt-putt golf, tennis, movies, 
museums, shopping malls, library, etc.

Venice has great craft and specialty shops, fabulous seafood 
restaurants and a great community theatre. 

Close to Busch Gardens in Tampa Florida.  One and a half hours from 
Walt Disney World Florida, Sea World Florida, and Universal Studios 
in Orlando Florida.  Also near Florida beaches including Brandenton 
Florida beach, Casey Key Florida beach and Sarasota Florida 
beach.Our Venice holiday vacation rental home is great for a Florida 
family vacation, a Disney Florida vacation or a Florida family beach 
vacation. Only 10 minutes to Sarasota. Close to Busch Gardens in 
Tampa Florida. Only 1 1/2 hours to Walt Disney World Florida, Sea 
World Florida, and Universal Studios in Orlando Florida.
