Jan., Feb., & Mar. 2009 - $7500 total for all three months - full 
season three month rentals only.

Weekly rentals can be also be contracted at $650 per week 
plus $100 amenity fee.  You pick the days of the week to rent.  Rent 
Monday through Monday, Tuesday through Tuesday, etc.  It's your 
decision.
