This rental is approximately 1000 Sq. Ft. of complete usable space. 
Fully furnished, there are 2 bedrooms, 1-1/2 baths with extra sofa 
bed for sleeping guests. Master bedroom is carpet with a queen bed, 
all linens provided and 2 large closets. Main bath contains 
tub/shower combination with glass doors and we provide all the 
towels. Kitchen includes new modern appliances, dishwasher and is 
fully equipped with everything you will need.  Entertain guests in 
the separate dining room and spacious living room. Enjoy the large 
glassed in Florida room or screened lanai with a direct water view 
of the Manatee River. Bring your fishing poles, beach supplies or 
whatever necessities you may need and store them in your shed.  This 
is our best value unit.

Out of season Rates for 5/1/07 to 12/31/07 are $1,700.00 per month
In season Rates for 1/1/08 to  4/30/08 are $2,200.00 per month
Seasonal rates for 3 or more months during January thru April are 
$1,900.00 per month. 
  Out of season weekly rates are $600.00 per month.
  In season weekly rates are $800.00 per month.
  Annual rates are $1,000.00 per month.
All rates for (6) six months or less are subject to 10.5% 
sales/resort tax.
