Property Rates 
Available immediately. Non-Smokers and No Pets. Association requires 
1 month minimum rental. Owner will give discount to rental for more 
than 1 month. October to December monthly rental is $1,700 less 
discount for multiple months. January to April monthly rental is 
$2,200 less discount for multiple months. Utilities are included and 
local phone service is included. Will need calling card for long 
distance calls. Florida taxes of 10% will be added to monthly rental 
amount. Security deposit of $500 required to reserve and confirm 
prices. Security deposit returned no later than 30 days after rental 
ends. Total rent due 15 days before arrival.
