Our attractive Waterfront home is located in Sandestin Resort, 
Northwest Florida's premier resort destination. The 2,400 acre 
resort has seven miles of sugar-white sand beaches and bayfront, 
championship golf courses, world-class tennis courts, swimming 
pools, a marina, children's programs, biking paths, fitness center 
and spa, a free boat shuttle service, and Baytowne Village with 
shops, restaurants and nightlife. Just 5 minutes away is the South's 
largest designer outlet mall, Silver Sands. 

Our waterfront house offers the best of all worlds in a well sought 
after part of Sandestin Resort.

It is the perfect retreat, located on a picturesque lake, surrounded 
by pine trees and golf fairways. See Eagle Lake from the master 
bedroom, have breakfast in the screened in porch, have a BBQ on the 
large deck, throw a fishing line in the lake in the back yard, take 
a bike ride to the beach or the nearby pool. Sandestin also offers 
tram services to take you anywhere on the resort. 

Our home has plenty of room, perfect for fun and entertaining, 
including a separate dining room. We have casual coastal decor, so 
you will feel like you are in a comfortable lakeside home, not a 
hotel room. The guest room has two beds and its own full bathroom. 
The living room includes a pull out sofa to accommodate additional 
guests.

An added amenity -- if you need to access your email or the Internet 
on your laptop, guests can enjoy a high speed and wireless 
connection -- free of charge!

Additional charges for taxes and $85-100 for cleaning upon departure.
