gazebo/pavilion with charcoal grills, & a private fishing pier.  If you are looking for a quiet 
peaceful location with sugar-white sandy beaches, emerald green waters, beautiful sunsets & not much 
traffic, we have the place you will enjoy.  We rent to families & responsible adults.  

Spacious, 1 bedroom condo with queen size bed, living room with queen size sleeper sofa & queen-
sized murphy bed. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal,        
refrigerator, coffee maker, washer & dryer.  There are 2 cable tvs, 2 DVD players, & covered 
patio.  All cooking utensils,dinnerware, bed & bath linens are provided. 

Complex features a pool, gazebo/pavilion with charcoal grills, a private fishing pier & laundry 
facilities. The main attractions are the sugar white sandy beaches, the emerald green waters of the 
Gulf of Mexico & the beautiful sunsets. There is a walking/bike trail that extends the entire length 
of Navarre Beach & continues thru the Gulf Islands National Seashore towards Pensacola Beach.  The 
Navarre area has several area antique shops, a zoo, shopping & some nice restaurants.  For you golf 
lovers there are several beautiful area golf courses. We are approximately 20 miles east of 
Pensacola, approximately 14 miles west of Ft. Walton and approximately 25 miles west of Destin.

Winter (November - February) - $105.00 per night  $630 per week                                      
** Monthly Rate for January & February - $1,250.00 per month                                   
Spring (March - April) - $120.00 per night  $720 per week                                      
Summer (May - Labor Day) - $135.00 per night $810 per week                                        
Fall (After Labor Day - October) - $120.00 per night  $720 per week                               
ALL RENTALS ARE SUBJECT TO A $50.00 CLEANING FEE.                                                 
ALL RENTALS ARE SUBJECT TO A 11.5% SALES/BED TAX.                                                  
We also require a $100.00 REFUNDABLE KEY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT.  3 night minimum.                         
To help keep our rental rates low, WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS. Cashiers checks or money orders 
only.                                                                                                
 
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made three (3) weeks prior to occupancy date.  No refunds 
will be made after that time.(Unforseen circumstances will be taken into consideration.)
