Beach Villas at Destiny. Located in Destin's most exclusive 
community! Magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Destiny 
can be enjoyed from this charming villa nestled only 50 steps from 
Florida's most beautiful beach. Our home can be rented either as a 
four bedroom two and a half bath unit sleeping up to twelve, or as 
two separate villas, each sleeping six.

You will have full access to our CLUB DESTINY featuring 3 pools, 
Jacuzzi spa, lighted tennis courts, a 25 seat theater, fitness 
center, playground, hiking, biking, and more! Expect to be impressed 
by this luxurious neighborhood and outstanding setting unparalleled 
throughout Destin. Gorgeous landscaping surrounds the villa as well 
as the entire neighborhood. Lake Destiny is home to an array of 
wildlife and birds and has many fish that can be seen daily near the 
banks.  Sunsets are magnificient and come alive with dolphins and 
pelicans sharing the seascape!

We are located only a few miles from the outlet mall, one mile from 
the new Destin Commons Mall and minutes from the best restaurants, 
golf courses and off shore fishing. 

The top villa has two porches with breathtaking views of the Gulf Of 
Mexico and Lake Destiny! There are two bedrooms and one and a half 
baths with a queen bed in the master. The second bedroom has 
one full bed/futon in a bunk with a single above. Our family room 
has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. This villa sleeps six people.

The ground floor has two bedrooms and one bath with fabulous full 
water front views north and south! The bedrooms and sleeping 
accommodations are the same as above sleeping up to six.

Each 750 square foot villa has complete kitchen with service for 
eight and has washer and dryer, two TVs, two DVDs/VCRs and phones.
 

Golf! Shopping! Fishing! Day Spas! Water Parks! Amusement Parks! We 
have it all! Our beach location is Destin's best, somewhat 
restricted, and borders the elite Destiny By The Sea. Destiny is a 
gorgeous setting with walking paths, biking,and fishing in Lake 
Destiny. Our private Club Destiny is fabulous and described above. 
The best golf courses surround Destiny and nearby Destin harbor is 
home to Florida's best offshore fishing. Shopping and gourmet dining 
are only within a short walk or drive!
