This newly remodeled and beautifully decorated one bedroom, one bath has 
it all!  Furnished with everything you could need for a short or 
long term stay.  Walk one minute to the beach (no heavy traffic). 
Located on the ground floor right across from the heated pool and 
patio area which includes gas grills, a game room and laundry room.  
This small complex is gated and each unit has a parking space for 
two cars.  It is within walking distance to many shops and 
restaurants. 

The large bedroom has a king sized bed and walk-in closet.  The 
living room has tiled floors with brand new furniture including a 
queen size sleeper sofa.  The unit will accommodate two people 
comfortably and the sleeper sofa allows for additional guests. The 
kitchen has corian counter tops, all new appliances 
including a microwave, dishwasher, coffee pots, blender, and is 
fully equipped with new cookware and utensils.  This unit has its 
own washer and dryer, and central heat and air.  This is a non-
smoking unit and no pets are allowed on the property.  Towels and 
linens are provided.  A large TV/DVD is in the living room.  A 
smaller flat screen TV in the bedroom.  Both have cable.  The phone 
is for local calls. Many books, games and beach accessories are also 
included.

There are numerous local activities:  Boat & wave runner rentals, 
shelling, fishing, para sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, golf, 
tennis, beach volleyball, biking, miniature golf, shopping, and 
numerous restaurants, many within walking distance. Nearby shopping 
includes Cory Ave. Historic District with many unique shops, 
galleries, a library, and a cinema. The Ellenton Outlet with all the 
designer shops is not far away. Other attractions in the Tampa- 
Orlando area include Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Disney, Sea 
World, and Universal.  For those who enjoy gambling there are the 
Dog Track and Horse Races and many gambling cruises.  Also within 
the area are professional baseball, football and hockey. The 
Pinellas Trail is not far (a 48 mile trail for bikers, bladers, 
walker or runners).  Fort DeSoto Beach recognized as one of the best 
beaches in the US is only 10 minutes away.  The Orlando attractions 
are approximately 90 minutes away.
Tampa International Airport is about 40 minutes.

Minimum 1 week rentals. Reduced rates for long 
term rentals (please inquire). A $200 non-refundable security 
deposit. 
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.  Rates do not include required 
12% sales tax and one time $50 cleaning fee for rentals under 2 
weeks. Unfortunately we do not take credit cards at this time.
