Our incredible townhome is a two story structure only a few feet 
from 
the bay. There is a water view from almost every part of the unit. 
Lie in bed, sit on the screen porch or lawn, and watch the dolphins 
and boats go by. Totally renovated in 2002, this 3 bedroom, deluxe 
property offers all the amenities you expect in a resort with the 
privacy you need on a vacation.  Top-of-the-line furnishings, a 
fully 
equipped kitchen with dining room, carpeted floors and ceiling fans 
will make you stay comfortable. Cable TV with DVD/VCR in living room 
and each bedroom has a TV and VCR. Washer/dryer and Air, naturally.  
A pool is close by.

Our home features a master bedrrom with a queen, a guest room with 
twins, and another guestroom with a queen.  There is a queen sleeper 
sofa in the living room.  Each bedroom has a full bathroom.

Sandestin has  full time maintenance, daily trash pick-up, and 24 
hour security.
