Boynton Beach Weather & Climate

Semi-Tropical best describes the climate along the southeast coast of Florida in the Boca Raton/Delray Beach and surrounding areas. It becomes quite hot and humid during the summertime, with rain nearly every day. However, these showers do not last long and the sunshine reappears quickly. Nearly all structures in Florida are air-conditioned plus cooling breezes off the Atlantic help keep things tolerable. The most pleasant weather is found in the winter months between November and April when temperatures and humidity are more bearable. Between December and February, things are generally dry and sunny along the southern Atlantic Coast, making it perfect for golf and other outdoor pursuits. Hurricane season runs approximately from late August through November, and ample warning time is generally given for these storms.
